Our services ("Leader Factory Services") enable us to support managers and executives in self-improvement in soft skills by providing them with digital services in the form of a SaaS platform and verifying users' acquired knowledge in the form of a quiz that will guarantee feedback, consolidate knowledge and reinforce in the individual a sense of meaningful achievement and personal development

4. The information we collect about you and how we collect it
We collect different types of information about you, including information that may directly identify you, information that relates to you but does not individually identify you, and information that we combine with information from other users. This includes information that we collect directly from you, or through your use of the Service.
Overall
When you register for the Leader Factory Services or use our Websites, we collect several types of information from and about users of the Leader Factory Services, in particular information:
by which you can be identified, such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, any other identifier by which you can be contacted online or offline ("Personal Data");
which relate to you but do not identify you individually, such as traffic data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit to our Websites, error messages, clickstream data and other communication data and resources which you access and use on the Websites; and/or
about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Websites and details of your use.
We collect this information
directly from the user when they provide it to us; and
automatically as you move around the Websites. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies.
When you use the Leader Factory Service, we may also collect and process data when you create an email message, sent through Leader Factory, or otherwise use the features offered by the Service. You and other parties with whom you communicate have full control over the specific type of information contained in those messages.

The information we collect on or through our websites is
information that you provide by filling in forms on our Websites. This includes information provided when you subscribe to our services or request further services.
Information that you provide as part of the Leader Factory authentication process and to grant you access to your data on other services, such as third-party email providers. This information always includes the user's email address and may include additional information such as name.
Information you provide as part of an email when using the Leader Factory service when creating an email or when otherwise interacting with features of the Leader Factory service.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us, including if you report a problem with the Leader Factory Services or the Websites;
details of your transactions through our Leader Factory Websites and the processing of your orders. You may be asked to provide financial information before placing an order through our Leader Factory Websites.
The Personal Data that we collect from you is required in order for us to enter into a contract with Leader Factory, for Leader Factory to perform our obligations under the contract and to provide you with our products and services. If you refuse to provide such Personal Data or withdraw your consent for us to process your Personal Data, in some cases we may not be able to enter into a contract or fulfil our obligations to you under the contract.
The user may also communicate information to third parties (collectively "Communications"). Your Communications are transmitted to others at your own risk. While we use technology to protect your Communications, please note that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. In addition, we cannot control the actions of recipients of User Communications who may transmit them to other third parties or otherwise disclose them. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Communications will not be viewed by unauthorised persons.

When you navigate and interact with our Websites or use the Leader Factory Services, we may use automated data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing activities and patterns. We collect:
details of your visits to our Websites or use of the Leader Factory Application, in particular traffic data, logs, referring/exit pages, the date and time of your visit to our Websites or use of the Leader Factory Application, error information, click stream data and other communication data and resources you access and use on the Websites;

This helps us to provide the Leader Factory services, to improve the Leader Factory services and to provide a better and more personalised service by enabling us to

5 Legal basis for processing your personal data
We have a legal basis for processing your Personal Data, including processing for the purposes of our legitimate interests (as juxtaposed with your rights and freedoms), to fulfil our obligations to you under our contract with you and as required by law, and with your consent.

If you do not agree to this privacy policy, you should not use the Leader Factory Websites or the Leader Factory Service;
Legitimate interests. We will process your Personal Data to the extent necessary to pursue our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests are balanced against your rights and freedoms We will not process your Personal Data if your rights and freedoms outweigh our legitimate interests. In particular, our legitimate interests include: facilitating communication between Leader Factory and you; detecting and correcting errors and improving our websites and the Leader Factory service; protecting our IT infrastructure and intellectual property; detecting and preventing fraud and other crimes; promoting and marketing our business; aggregating non-personally identifiable data to provide new features of the Service; and improving our products and services;
Fulfilling our contractual obligations to you. We process your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations to you under our User Agreement to provide you with our goods and services. In particular, we process your personal data in order to provide you with the features of the Leader Factory Service to which you subscribe; and
as required by law. We may also process your personal data when required or permitted by law; to comply with government inspections, audits and other valid requests from the government or other public authorities; to respond to legal processes such as subpoenas; or as necessary to protect our interests or assert our rights and remedies (for example, when necessary to prevent or detect fraud, attacks on our network or other criminal and tortious activities), defend ourselves in litigation and manage complaints or claims.
6 Special categories of information
In general, we do not require you to provide or process any sensitive Personal Data. However, if such sensitive Personal Data is present in your Communications, we will only process it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The Leader Factory does not ask you to provide, and does not knowingly collect from you, any Personal Data that may be considered sensitive, including Personal Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health processing, sex life data, sexual orientation or criminal conviction history. However, this category of Personal Data may be included in Communications you send or receive. By using the Leader Factory Service through Communications containing this category of Personal Data, you hereby consent to the processing of such Personal Data by Leader Factory for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
7 Automated decision-making
Leader Factory may process your Personal Data in Communications using automated decision-making processes. Below is a general description of the algorithms we use.
Our processing of your Personal Data may involve automated decision-making. We use a combination of several machine learning techniques to analyse the content of your Communications according to a broad set of factors that contribute to your likelihood of responding to an email. The results of this automated processing are for the user's own informational use and are not stored by us or shared with anyone else, the automated processing does not have any legal impact or otherwise significantly affect you. The user may deactivate this processing at any time.
8. How we use your data
We use your personal information for the various purposes described below, mainly related to providing services and collecting payments. With your consent, we will occasionally send you promotional emails, such as announcements about new features and information on how to use your email more effectively. We also occasionally collect non-personal, aggregated data when you use the Leader Factory so that we can create new, useful things.
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:
in order to present our websites and their content to you;
in order to provide you with information about the Leader Factory Services that you have requested;
in order to provide you with the Leader Factory Services you have subscribed to;
for any other purpose for which you make them available;
provide you with notifications regarding your subscription, including notifications of expiry and renewal;
in order to perform our obligations and enforce our rights under any contract between you and us, including billing and debt collection;
notify you of changes to our Websites or the Leader Factory Services; and
for any other purpose with your consent.
We also use aggregated, anonymised records of non-personal information that we collect about you or that you provide to us as part of your use of the Service to develop and train algorithms that allow us to create new features of the Service.
With your consent, we may also use your information to contact you about our own services that may be of interest to you, such as newsletters and other promotional materials. 9 Disclosure of user information
We do not share, sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than as set out in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Data to a number of third parties, as described below. For example, we share data with an email provider such as Google. Similarly, if you purchase a paid subscription, we will share your information with a billing provider so that we can accept payments.

We offer you the choice of opting out of our use of tracking technology, disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for the purpose of advertising to you, advertising by us to you and other targeted advertising. We do not currently have any advertising on the Services (or any plans to add it), but we want to protect our bases in case this needs to change at some point.
We do not control the collection and use of your information by the third parties described above in the Disclosure of your information section. To the extent possible, these organisations are contractually obliged to use this data only to provide services to us and to keep this information strictly confidential. However, these third parties may aggregate the information they collect with information from other customers for their own purposes. In addition, we cannot control the actions of recipients of your Communications, who may transmit them to other third parties or otherwise disclose them.
In addition, we strive to provide users with choices regarding the Personal Data they provide to us. We have established mechanisms to ensure that you have control over your Personal Data:
Leader Factory promotional offers. We will only use your contact information to promote our own products and services with your express consent. If you wish to consent to such use, you may check the appropriate box on the form where we collect your Personal Information, authenticate yourself or otherwise obtain such consent. If you wish to change your choice, you may do so at any time by logging into the Websites and adjusting your preferences in your account profile, by checking or unchecking the appropriate boxes, or by sending us an email with your request to biuro@fabrykalidera.pl. If you are sent a promotional email, you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email so that you do not receive it in the future. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to Leader Factory as a result of subscribing to Leader Factory Services, downloading the Leader Factory App, using product services or other transactions.
Targeted advertising. We will only use the information we collect, or information provided by you, to deliver advertisements in accordance with the preferences of our advertisers' target audiences with your express consent. If you wish to consent to such use, you may check the appropriate box on the form where we collect your Personal Information or otherwise obtain such consent. If you wish to change your choice, you may do so at any time by logging in to the Websites and adjusting your preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the appropriate boxes, or by sending us an email requesting an opt-out to biuro@fabrykalidera.pl. For this opt-out to work, you must have your browser set to accept browser cookies.
11. Your rights concerning your data and access to and correction of your data
You may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access and update your Personal Data, to restrict how we use it, to transfer certain Personal Data to another controller, to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to have certain Personal Data relating to you erased by us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in relation to our processing of your Personal Data.
Applicable data protection laws may provide you with certain rights in relation to our processing of your Personal Data.
Access and Update. You may review and amend your Personal Information by notifying us via the contact details below of any changes or errors in the Personal Information we hold about you to ensure it is complete, accurate and up to date. We may not be able to comply with your request if we believe that doing so would violate any law or legal requirement or would cause the information to be incorrect.
Restrictions. In certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict our processing of your Personal Data. In particular, you may request that we restrict our use of your Personal Data if you challenge its accuracy, if the processing of your Personal Data is found to be unlawful, or if we no longer need your Personal Data for processing but have lawfully retained it.

To the extent that the Personal Data provided to Leader Factory is processed on the basis of your consent or processed by automated means, you have the right to request that we provide you with a copy of or access to all or part of such Personal Data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transfer such Personal Data to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.
Withdrawal of consent. To the extent that our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your account. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent prior to withdrawal and will not affect the lawfulness of further processing based on any other lawful basis for processing your personal data.
Right to be forgotten. You have the right to request the deletion of all of your Personal Data. We may not delete your Personal Information other than by deleting your user account, and your account will only be deleted if we no longer have a legal basis for processing your Personal Information or upon a final determination that your Personal Information has been unlawfully processed. We may disregard your request for deletion if we believe that deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or would cause the information to be incorrect. In all other cases, we will retain your personal information in accordance with this policy. In addition, we may not completely delete your personal information as some data may remain in previous backups. If you delete a Communication from an email service or client, copies of the Communication may remain visible on cached and archived pages on websites used to access your email, may have been copied or saved by recipients of the Communication.
Complaints. You have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority in the country where you live, where you work or where you believe your rights under applicable data protection laws have been violated. However, before you do so, please contact us directly to give us the opportunity to work with you directly to address any concerns you may have about your privacy.
How a user can exercise their rights. You may exercise any of the above rights by contacting us using the email address biuro@fabrykalidera.pl. If you contact us to exercise any of the above rights, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity. We reserve the right to limit or refuse your request if you do not provide sufficient information to verify your identity or to comply with our legal and business requirements.
12 Data security
Information sent over the Internet is never completely secure, but we do our best to protect your personal information. You can help protect your personal and other information by making sure that you do not stay logged in on the devices you share and by making sure that you have good passwords on your personal devices. We do not currently have any systems in place that require you to create a password, but when and if we do, please follow good password practices.
We have implemented measures to secure your Personal Data against accidental loss and unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure. All payment transactions and communications processed by Leader Factory Services are encrypted both during transmission and storage.
The security of your information also depends on you. You should be careful to log out of the Service on any shared computers and use password protection on any device on which you remain logged into the Service. Where you have been given (or have chosen yourself) a password by us to access certain parts of our Websites or the Leader Factory Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. Please do not share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. While we make every effort to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of personal information transmitted to the Leader Factory Services. You transmit personal information at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumventing any privacy settings or security measures used by the Leader Factory Services.
14 Data retention periods
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an open account. In some cases, we may keep them after your account is closed, for example:
in our backup and disaster recovery systems;
for as long as necessary to protect our legal interests; and
and to meet other legal requirements.
Leader Factory will only store your Communications for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services, and we will retain your Personal Data for as long as you keep your account open. After storing your Communications is no longer necessary and after you close your account, Leader Factory may store your Communications or
16 Changes to our Privacy Policy
We will post any changes to our Privacy Policy on our Leader Factory Websites. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we may notify you of such changes via your contact details and invite you to review (and accept, if necessary) the changes.
We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. It is our policy to post any changes to our Privacy Policy on this page along with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the home page/screen of the Leader Factory Websites. If we make material changes to the way we treat our users' Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the email address provided in your user account and/or via a notice on the Leader Factory Websites home page/screen. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current, active and deliverable email address and to periodically visit our Websites and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
